Thank you for choosing velotiq.shop. We aim to provide every user with a safe and convenient shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can apply for a return and refund according to the following policy.
Due to continuous losses, the merchant has decided to clear out inventory at a loss. Currently, some items are on sale as part of a clearance sale, but eligible returns are still supported.
I. Return Application Time
Users can submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Applications submitted after the specified time may not be processed.
II. Returnable Circumstances
Returns are permitted in the following situations:
The product has obvious quality issues. The wrong product was received. The product was damaged during shipping. The product is significantly different from the order description.
To improve processing efficiency, we recommend providing the following when applying:
Order number
Product photo
Description of the problem
III. Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns may not be processed in the following situations:
The return period has expired. The product has been damaged by the customer. The product shows obvious signs of use. The problem is caused by personal reasons. Missing necessary accessories or packaging.
IV. Refund Processing Time
After receiving and confirming that the returned product meets the requirements, we will complete the refund processing within 3 days.
The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment platform or bank.
The refund will be returned using the original payment method.
V. Return Process
The return application steps are as follows:
Contact customer service to submit an application
Provide order and problem information
Wait for review and response
Return the product as instructed
Warehouse confirms receipt
Refund processing completed
Packages returned without confirmation may not be processed normally.
VI. Order Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to cancel it.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, you will need to apply for a refund according to the return procedure after receiving the goods.
VII. Special Notes
Some clearance items have limited quantities. If an exchange is not possible due to inventory issues, we may directly arrange a refund.
We reserve the right to review and reject abnormal return requests.
